Warren Axelrod, CISSP, CISM

C. Warren Axelrod is the chief privacy officer and business information security officer for a financial services company, where he interfaces with business units to identify and assess privacy and security risks and mitigate them, to have employees become familiar with security policies, standards, and procedures, and to ensure that they are followed.

Axelrod was honored with the prestigious Information Security Executive (ISE) Luminary Leadership Award 2007. He also received a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leaders Award in 2003 and his department's implementation of an intrusion detection system was given a Best in Class award.

He has published two books on computer management and numerous articles on a variety of information technology and information security topics, including computer and network security, contingency planning, and computer-related risks. His third book, Outsourcing Information Security, was published by Artech House in September 2004.

Keith Donnelly

Keith Donnelly is the global information risk manager for Technology Infrastructure at JP Morgan's Investment Bank. He is responsible for infrastructure SOX Compliance, operational risk control assessments and risk advisory services that supports distributed technology. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Keith led the design and implementation of SOX, self-assessment and compliance frameworks within Citi Web Hosting. Keith also brings 15 years of audit, information security, compliance and risk management experience within financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Keith has an MBA in Accounting and Information Systems from Rutgers and is currently pursuing the ISO 27001 certification.


Ray English, CISSP
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, MEAG New York Corporation

Raymond English, Jr. is the vice president and chief technology officer for MEAG NEW YORK. Prior to that he was the senior vice president of technology and operations, at Shenkman Capital Management from 1/05 to 9/07. English has also been the vice president/chief technology officer at Citigroup/Crossmar/Misys, the vice president - distributed services atLehman Brothers, senior director - network services - Merck-Medco and the director of clinical systems at Corning Metpath.


Charles Pierce
Vice President, Morgan Stanley

Charles Pierce is a vice president at Morgan Stanley and is a program and portfolio manager in the information technology division of the Global Wealth Management Group with responsibility as a risk officer in the risk management practice. This practice includes management of security, legal, compliance, audit and other risk issues.
Pierce joined Morgan Stanley from T.D. Waterhouse in 2006. He has been involved with risk and security management in financial services for over 10 years and has been both a consultant and officer at other financial services firms including The Bank of New York and Chase Mellon Investor Services. Charles also has experience in retail business risk management as a consultant with Finlay Enterprises, Inc and other companies.


Wayne T. Work Sr., CISSP
Director, Information Security, Architecture and Standards, People's United Bank

Wayne Work is the senior information security consultant and founder of Security Gauntlet Consulting and has over 20 years experience in computer science, management and systems development. He holds a degree in science and management and has extensive experience in both government and commercial industry sectors providing, developing and, and implementing all aspects of Information Security. Wayne has 10 years of experience in Army Intelligence and worked for the Los Alamos TEMPEST Team and operational security group. He also has 3.5 years with the Federal Aviation Administration as an Information Security Officer; he authored the Concepts of Operation for Information Systems Security for the FAA.
